Product Guarantee

All markers sold by Markers Direct are manufactured from the highest quality granite and bronze materials, using the most modern production methods available. Markers Direct guarantees that each marker will be:

• Accurately engraved / cast in accordance with the design layout  approved by the purchaser;

• Free from defects in materials or workmanship.    

Markers Direct will repair or replace any marker at no additional cost if defective as stated above or damaged in transit, provided notice is given to Markers Direct promptly following delivery, and prior to installation.

Photo Etches (On Black Granite Markers)

Photo etches are created by embedding a durable, opaque white pigment into small dimpled impressions in the granite surface. The etching is designed to last for many years, but may fade slightly or lose some of  it's contrast over time. Photo etches can be easily re-highlighted by most local monument companies for a nominal fee.

Returns / Cancellation

Engraved granite and cast bronze markers are a personalized product. Once the contract has been signed, the design layout has been approved, and full payment has been received, the marker order is placed into production and the contract is no longer cancelable. Markers cannot be returned for refund or credit.
